Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AutoLet operated by AutoLet. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Service

AutoLet provides software for landlords to manage properties, tenants, rent, maintenance, and communications. We do not act as a letting agent, estate agent, or financial adviser. You remain responsible for compliance with landlord and tenant law.

Accounts & trial

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. New accounts may receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial, paid plans are billed as stated on our pricing page (£199 per property per year, subject to change with notice).

Your data & tenants

You warrant that you have authority to enter tenant and property data. You must provide tenants with appropriate privacy information where required. Automated emails sent via AutoLet are sent on your behalf as landlord.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, or misleading use of the platform.
• No attempt to breach security or access other users' data.
• No resale of the service without written agreement.

Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features or these terms; material changes will be notified via the app or email.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of rent, or disputes between you and tenants. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts for breach or non-payment. On termination, export your data before closure where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
